students who gather weekly before school to build community and share a passion for creating beautiful music. Choir is an opportunity for students to grow as young musicians while developing their voices, building confidence, and experiencing teambuilding through singing.
As members of the Linton Choir, students will work together to select and rehearse a diverse repertoire to develop important vocal skills, including proper singing posture, breath support, diction, and vocal blending, creating one beautiful, unified sound. Choir is also an opportunity for students to build leadership skills as we discuss the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and Linton PRIDE. Choir members practice these characteristics both in and outside of choir rehearsals.
In the Linton Choir, students are a team, and every voice matters. Students are encouraged to come to choir ready to participate, work hard, and have fun making music. Choir is a wonderful opportunity to gather, learn, and grow as musicians together!
